Our First Home
My wife and I want to express our sincere thanks for helping us purchase our first home. From start to finish you handled our transaction in a most professional and forthright manner. Even if one of the homes we asked to see didn't fit our needs, you still took the time to walk us through it to hear what we liked and didn't like about it. Above and Beyond
I just wanted to thank you again for the hard work you put into the sale of my home in Victoria. I was very worried that I was going to be flying back and forth from work in Saskatchewan to take care of the final details but thanks to you I didn't have to worry about a thing and was able to concentrate on the new job. You arranged for my yard to be cleaned-up, you staged the house at your cost, you contacted all of my contractors to get receipts for the work they did in the house over the last year, you arranged for your own inspection (out of your own pocket) and you even rooted around the dirty garage to find the paint and did a few touch-ups. So impressed!
I also appreciated that you dropped off some boxes to help with packing and I still can't believe you arranged to have the yard nice and presentable for possession day...out of your own pocket no less. I am sure the new owners had a great experience thanks to you!
Thanks so much for all of the above, for things I am sure I've forgotten, or to which I did not bear witness, and for the lovely gifts of congrats on the sale! Sold for 97% of list in a Slow Market
